Brooklyn and Pregnancy

This pregnancy is nothing like the last one. I am exhausted on another level. Brooklyn is growing up and fast! She is definitely on her way to walking and I am getting more and more freaked out. The closer she gets to her first birthday, the closer we get to my due date. Brooklyn has no idea that I'm getting bigger but I sure do. She is still climbing over, kicking and hitting my belly. She doesn't know that the more that she does the hitting the more I get movement from the baby. I think soon enough they will be fighting through my belly. I'm waiting for the day that she actually feels the baby. This is one crazy rollercoaster ride I'm on. I've been waiting for this my whole life. It didn't turn out the way that I wanted it but I will not complain! Brook keeps me on my toes and I am grateful of everyday I have with her. She is the love of my life and I know that once my little man gets here life will only get better.

It's Been Awhile!

I've been MIA for awhile now and a lot of things have happened. For starters I'm pregnant again which was a complete and total surprise! The others are that Brooklyn's dad has moved and now I'm living with my mother- all of which surprises me still and it's been about 3 months now. I also have a broken foot. The list of things are just getting better and better.

Enough about me let's get back to Brooklyn. She is crawling all over the place now and is trying to walk which equals her all over the place. She has 3 1/2 teeth something else awesome if you ask me. She's talking waaaaaay more than my last post and she is finally sleeping in a crib (YAY Mommy!). We are in full swing party mode planning for her birthday party. We are having the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme! She loves the show so much, so how could I deny her.

Brooklyn has been feeding herself for some time now but it was only solids she could pick up but now she has moved on to trying to eat everything herself. I learned this the other morning while feeding her oatmeal. That was a very interesting morning to say the least.



As you can see she had a great time with the oatmeal. I would say 95% of the oatmeal actually made it into her mouth. Hopefully I'll be back soon with more updates!
